Counsellor Come as you are. Together, we’ll make space for who you are becoming.
Healing can begin when we feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and met as we are.
I offer warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed counselling for adults. My intention is to create a supportive space where we can explore what you are experiencing with curiosity, care, and respect. Together, we can gently uncover patterns, strengthen your connection with yourself, and identify possibilities that feel meaningful and manageable for you.
I support people navigating anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity exploration, and the lingering effects of difficult or traumatic experiences. My approach draws from person-centred, existential, somatic, and parts-informed perspectives. Our work is guided by your needs, values, lived experience, and pace.
I am especially passionate about supporting members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent people, and those exploring the intersections of culture, identity, immigration, belonging, and family expectations. As a Punjabi immigrant, I know what it can mean to live between worlds, carrying inherited expectations while trying to hear and trust your own voice. I bring cultural humility to this work, recognizing that each person’s story, community, and relationship to healing is their own.
At The Adjusting Room, I also offer integration counselling for people who want to reflect on meaningful experiences arising through body-based care, personal healing practices, major life transitions, or moments of insight. Integration offers an opportunity to slow down, explore what surfaced, and consider how those insights might be carried into everyday life with intention and compassion.
Healing begins by reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been quieted beneath survival, expectation, and self-doubt.
In-person sessions are available at The Adjusting Room, with online counselling also available.
